For All Species Education, continued!
My intent from day one of building Diana’s legacy was to continue Diana’s mission. As I do not have the skillsets as an educator or rehabilitator that Diana had, my focus has been on the next generation of Diana’s.
To that end, For All Species Education will continue the mission in the following ways and likely more.
Rehabilitation Grants: For All Species Education is donating Diana’s sizeable animal care supplies to rehabilitators, including Ohio Wildlife Center. We will also acquire and grant/donate important supplies that many rehabilitators often spend their own money on to obtain for the good of their fosters.
Diana’s Ambassadors: Many of Diana’s wildlife ambassadors are continuing their roles as ambassadors in wildlife education. Support will continue to be given as possible to Diana’s ambassadors. This includes food, medicine, enrichment supplies, and more.
Scholarships: We are establishing 2025 (and beyond) scholarships for wildlife rehabilitators and educators to attend conferences and symposiums such as NWRA and OWRA. Those working in this field are doing so for the animals, not for profit, and enabling the next generation of people with Diana’s mindset to expand their knowledge is a key goal.
